Tasting @ Silver Oak

Sliver Oak Cellars has focused on Cabernet Sauvignon since the 1970's. The winery retains a focus based on the original vision for founders Ray Duncan and Justin Meyer. Meyer is particularly interesting in that he was originally a winemaker for Christian Brothers. The focus on cabernet is so strong that rather than dilute it Ray Duncan founded Twomey Cellars when he wanted to explore Merlot.
